Kate T. passed away in the early morning of July 2 after a brave battle with Cystic Fibrosis.  She had just celebrated her 14th birthday.  Kate lit up a room when she entered it, and filled the world with her talents in cooking, the arts, and generally just bringing a smile to everyone around her.  She loved giving back by volunteering and helping other children in need.

This fund is to provide direct support to her family to help with expenses and to give them the time to heal from her loss.  Kate's older brother also has CF, so this fund will provide a buffer for the family to focus on honoring Kate and spending precious time together.    

A memorial service is being planned and we will update everyone when details are available.  If you have any questions about that or what help you can be, please contact Kristin as the family needs some time to grieve and plan.

Funds will be made available to the family as soon after receipt as possible to meet these needs.  Any donation in honor of Kate and the sharing of personal memories or thoughts for the family is greatly appreciated.
