What began as a suspected lump, quickly turned into a nightmare of double mastectomy, chemotherapy, and the heartbreaking return of the cancer as stage 4 in 2022. Despite the spread to her brain, bones, and organs, Kate has faced each challenge with astonishing bravery and a smile that inspires us all.
