Katelynn's New Journey

Katelynn is a sweet and joyful girl who has recently received the news that she has a Grade IV Germinoma cancerous brain tumor. Over the next serveral months, she will undergo chemotherapy, ER visits, blood transfusions, being hospitalized from illness, and radition.
At 16, you never dream to hear the phrase "you have cancer", but during this new journey in her life she has matured spiritually and mentally and been more brave than I've ever seen her. Through the sickness, weight loss, and now hair loss (she's taking this hard), she hasn't lost her beautiful smile and great spirit. I admire the strength and faith she has shown during this time.
One of her favorite Bible verses is Joshua 1:9 and since her diagnosis, she has been nothing but strong and courageous.
Although she has had a great support system of doctors, family, and friends during this time, we are reaching out for any help we can give her. We appreciate any amount that you are able to donate or any prayers you are willing to send in helping her in this battle against cancer.
