Katelyn DeVille Memorial Fund

Donation protected
My dear friends, Kyle and Chasity DeVille, lost their sweet daughter Katelyn Friday evening. She left the same way she entered, surrounded with the love of her wonderful parents. Not only did Kyle and Chasity lose their angel, but their two younger children, Brooklyn & John Luke, lost their big sister. To give you a small idea as to her lifelong health struggles, Katelyn was born prematurely and weighed only 1 pound. She was bound to a wheel chair and unable to speak. Several times Kyle and Chasity had to make emergency trips to Jackson Children’s Hospital. Several times her sweet life hung in the balance. Despite all of this, Katelyn always had a sweet and infectious smile on her face.  It was impossible to be near her and not feel joy. Though her body wouldn’t allow her to do the things most of us take for granted, she was larger than life. She loved everyone and everyone loved her.  God gave Kyle and Chasity 16 years of love through Katelyn. Her life and even her death is a testament of love. A community of family, friends, and Captain Shreve High School has rallied around the Devilles. This community has, is, and will continue to shower them with love as they go through this sorrowful process.   Please consider being a part of this support system.  In advance, I thank you for loving them and giving to them.  Katiebug- you will be missed.
