Kasha's Boat Fund

Hi everyone!

One of my very best friends, Kasha, has been living on a boat for over four years. She has put a great deal of effort and money into making this boat her home.

Sadly, over the weekend her boat sank into the Hudson River while she was at work. (This is similar to an apartment of house burning down) Not only did she lose the boat entirely, all of her belongings on board are unsalvagable as well. 

There are a lot of costs involved in retrieving a sunken boat that unfortunately, are not covered by insurance.

I'm trying to raise some funds to help replace her lost items as well as to help with the costs she is facing to remove the boat from the river.

Kasha is a beautiful human being that was struck by an unfortunate and unfair situation.
