Karter's Strength to Fight Leukodystrophy

My name is LaKenya and my best friend Jade since the 7th grade blessed me with a godson named Karter and he is a 20-month-old loving baby. At this moment he has lost all ability to thrive he has regressed back to six months old mentally and physically.  He has stopped crawling, sitting up, cruising and eating. He recently to had a feeding tube placed (Gtube) in his stomach Dec 30th. Karter was diagnosed with being Global Developmentally Delayed in the summer of 2020. Karter is currently under the care of a neurologist who diagnosed him with Cerebral Palsy. His doctor is requesting that he gets a genetic test done which is cash pay only for the only Pediatric Genetics doctor in Nevada. Karter is required to have physical therapy three times a week at $100 a session in addition to having speech and feeding therapy. With having the tube placed he now must have a nutritionist added to the list. This is important to me to help Jade and Karter in any way I can. Jade is a single mother of two, she works fulltime and spends every minute she is not working with her children Kynnedi and Karter. Jade has health insurance, but the copays and deductibles are expensive. Jade has applied for assistance but has been denied.
