Gabe's Heart Failure Survival Fund

Hey now! Most of you know me as Gabe. I've lived a crazy life since I was 15 in and out of hospitals. When I was in high school I was diagnosed with Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). I underwent chemotherapy for a year it was a long journey, but I had my mother and good friends along the way to ease the therapy. Last year though I was living in Orlando going to school at Full Sail and working at Universal life was great until I was diagnosed with Cardiomyopathy (heart failure) and was getting treating for congestive heart failure.

        After about a month I had to leave Orlando =[ and withdraw from school because my health was too poor to be working and going to school simultaneously, so the bills couldn't be paid up there. I moved back to my hometown in Cape Coral to try to get my health in better shape. I rested up for about a year and tried to save some money, so I could move to Tampa to go to school and get back to work. But then in October of 2014 I end up getting Endocarditis (infection in my heart valve) and I underwent two brutal heart surgeries in Gainesville. I ended up spending over two months in the hospital it was not easy especially not having friends or family around all the time.

        I am still recovering from the surgeries and will be for the rest of year I am doing this to help pay for my medical bills and prescriptions I take about 15 different medications a day and I cannot sometimes afford it. I am now living with my mother and she is currently not working to take care of me and we need help with some bills. It's a very difficult time right now because of my health it's a huge struggle and anything helps. I have gone through a lot in my life, it's like I've lived my whole being sick; but I haven't and won't give up!
