Just 2 weeks ago, my best friend, Karli Romano was diagnosed with Burkitt Lymphoma. This is a rather aggressive cancer and she will need months of chemotherapy which will start immediately.
At 19 years old, Karli completed Cosmetology School, obtained her license and started her career at Milagro Salon working towards her dream of becoming a stylist and I couldn't be any more proud of her. Unfortunately, due to her diagnosis, Karli will have to put her dreams on hold while she focuses on her treatment and health.
Karli and the family suffered the sudden death of her father 2 years ago. He was the sole supporter of their family. Her family will now face the financial hardship due to necessary treatment and other major medical expenses.
We have set this fund up with the hope of assisting Karli and her family with the rising costs they will incur due to medical expenses.
