Karlie's Funeral Expenses

I am sure you have heard the sad news about the death of Karlie Hall, the Millersville University student,  under the hand of violence and abuse from her boyfriend.    We are raising money to cover additional funeral expenses. The funeral costs have reached almost $24,000.  Another gofundme site raised $10,000 to cover some of the  funeral expenses, however, in addition to the viewing and funeral there are additional expenses including grave plot and stone.  The family is grateful for all the outpouring, love and support they have received.

It's estimated that 1 in every 4 women will experience some form of domestic violence in their lifetime. Even though an estimated 1.3 million women are victims of domestic violence each year, most cases go unreported to law enforcement. While 85% of domestic violence victims are women, it's important for all people to know how to help someone in an abusive relationship or situation find help.

Please hold Jeanette and her family  in your heart and continue to pray for them during this diffcult time. May  faith guide them and help them find strength as we continue to hold them in the light.
