Karl "Jake" Jacobson Heart Attack Recovery

Donation protected
On opening day at Deer Valley Ski Resort, on 12/07/2019, Karl "Jake" Jacobson suffered from a heart attack. He was having chest pains after skiing and we're so thankful for the Deer Valley paramedics and the JANS family who immediately called the ambulance that took him to the University of Utah Hospital. He had a major heart attack while in the hospital and had a stint put in his left anterior descending artery (LAD). He was in the ICU for a few days and in the hospital for four. He's now back at work, doing cardiac rehab and focusing on a healthier lifestyle (even though he is already extremely fit). The medical bills are starting to roll in from the ambulance ride and hospital stay and now with the new year, starts a new deductible. For anyone that knows Jake, you know that he is extremely selfless, caring, athletic, and just an all around happy guy to be around. Any donation you make would be very much appreciated to help keep his big ol' heart stress-free and healthy.

Thank you!
