Karing for Kira

Kira Saunders Stringer, wife and  42 year old mother of two,  is battling metastisized Inflammatory Breast Cancer, a rare and incurable breast cancer. Presently, she is undergoing treatment at The Cleveland Clinic and  has been  unable to work since her diagnosis three years ago. The bills have accumulated causing her family financial strain.
