Optimista, servicial y con un corazon del tamano del universo, asi es mi gran amiga Karina Barragan. Desde niña su energia y carisma nos contagia a todo el que la rodea, no escatima en ayudar al que lo necesita, ella siempre esta ahi ofreciendo su ayuda incondicional.
Desgraciadamente en Diciembre de 2016, lo que se penso que era solo un resfriado, o algo pasajero se ha convertido en una pesadilla para ella y su familia. Cada dia que pasaba esta pesadilla se empezo a convertir en un infierno lleno de angustia y desesperacion al no saber con exactitud que era lo que pasaba en ella, la fiebre, el dolor de pecho, cabeza y huesos se intensificaron con el paso de los dias y a pezar de todo eso, su sonrisa y optimismo sigue ahi. Despues de una larga y fatigosa espera los resultados de sus estudios le dieron lo inesperado: Artritis reumatoide, Lupus, Sjon's Syndrome, Spinal Stenosis; su corazon y pulmones son los organos que estan sufriendo mas los efectos de estas enfermedades sobre ensima de los tratamientos que se le han estado efectuando.
Es por ello que estoy escribiendo este mensaje a ti, a todos ustedes para ayudar a Karina y su familia por todos los gastos de estudios, tratamientos y medicamentos que ella necesita para poder luchar contra todas estas enfermedades; amigos mios ella necesita de nuestras oraciones y de nuestra ayuda economica.Por favor ayudanos a que su esposo y dos pequenos hijos tengan de nuevo a esa madre que tanto la necesitan.

Optimistic, helpful and with a heart the size of the universe, so is my great friend Karina Barragan. From childhood her energy and charisma infects everyone around her, she does not hesitate to help those who need it, she has always been there offering her unconditional help.
Unfortunately in December 2016, what was thought to be just a cold, or something temporary has become a nightmare for her and her family. Every day that passed this nightmare began to become a hell full of anguish and descesperacion not knowing exactly what was going on in her, fever, chest pain, headaches and bones intensified with the passage of days. To get away from it all, her smile and optimism has remained. After a long and tiring wait the results of her studies came in; Lupus, Sjon's Syndrome, Spinal Stenosis, and Rheumatoid Arthritis; Her heart and lungs are the organs that have been suffering more of the effects of these diseases on top of the treatments that have been tried to no avail.
That is why I am writing this message and making this GoFundMe, to help Karina and her family with all the expenses of studies, treatments and medicines that she needs to be able to fight against all these diseases; My friends, she needs our prayers and our financial help. Please help her stay on her feet for a recovery back to her husband and two small children.
