Heart and Gravel: Racing to Support Young Hearts

Hi, I'm Paul Warloski, owner and head coach of Simple Endurance Coaching and a lifelong cyclist. After undergoing two heart surgeries for ventricular tachycardia in the past two years, I’m embarking on a personal and meaningful journey: the 2025 Heart and Gravel Tour. This year-long campaign will take me to gravel bike races across the Midwest, where I’ll be sharing my story of resilience, persistence, and the joy of riding.

Along the way, I’m raising funds for the Herma Heart Institute at Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, a national leader in pediatric cardiology and heart surgery. Their incredible work provides life-saving care to children with complex heart conditions, giving families hope for brighter futures.
