Suffering Blindness Need Cornea's

Donation protected
I was born with a genetic eye disease called Keratoconus.  I was told that I may go blind from this disease when I reach my middle age, and unfortunately it has happened.  The disease is causing my corneas to erupt and split, leading to blindness.  Currently the only cure is to have corneal transplant surgery in both eyes.  This has been catastrophically life changing for me.  In the last few months my vision has deteriorated completely, leaving me completely dependent on others for my daily life tasks.  I am unable to live a normal life.  I've been unemployed since 2011 when my vision started to detoriate.  I have exhausted all my income & have been homeless for nearly five years.  I am asking for funding to obtain shelter, food, transportation, and life expenses in general, along with travel expenses to and from UCLA Medical Center, where my corneal transplants are waiting for me.
I am also asking if anybody has any leads for stable housing to please contact me as well since I have been struggling without permanent housing for far too long .    I would like to take a moment to thank each and every one of you for your consideration, kindness and compassion in helping me through this horrifically traumatic situation.
