Karen Rosher has been an amazing NICU nurse for 30 plus years, mother, wife, grandmother, and friend. The last 6 months have been especially difficult with the sudden loss of her mother to Merkel cell cancer.
Not long after, Karen had a fall at work and while recovering from her leg injury failed a stress test and discovered she needed open heart surgery. After a triple bypass in November she was finally feeling better until she fell and broke her shoulder, sidelining her once again. The recovery was slow and after a recent trip to the ER for shortness of breath, a hospital admission revealed a grave diagnosis of pancreatic cancer which has spread to her liver. Karen's wish is to spend her time with her precious family especially her 2 beautiful grandsons.
Our goal is to raise enough funds to provide a Magical Disney vacation for her and her family and pay for medical expenses. Karen is only 56 years old.
Karen has cared for so many people over the years. Now it's our turn to care for her.
