<div>I generally kept the situation quiet, but my mom was battling cancer for quite some time now.

<div>She lost that battle during the early hours on Halloween.

<div>She had been living in a nursing home since earlier this year, and had been in and out of the hospital for more advanced treatments.

</div>

<div>Ultimately her cancer became untreatable and her time came.

</div>

</div>

<div>She was always in love with the ocean, Pirates of the Caribbean, and all things coastal.

</div>

<div><br />

</div>

<div>So I am seeking help in granting her final wish for a burial at sea so that she can rest in the place she always loved.
