Karen is a very special women who, with her husband, lived and served our Lord in China for over a decade. They did this primarily at their own expense without a medical or retirement fund. Now back in the states, four years ago she underwent surgery for lung cancer - completely unexpected for such a vibrant women.

Recent tests show that the cancer is back, spreading, and aggressive. Karen and husband Ian have done extensive research and are pursuing treatments at a clinic that are not covered by their current insurance. After three weeks Karen can see a difference and is growing stronger.

Karen will undergo at least 4 months of treatments, 3 times a week. Each treatment is $500. They need us now. Every amount helps this beautiful family and their two Chinese born, now adult, daughters who are planning marriages and futures they want to share with Karen.
