Pursuit of Resurrected Dreams

I ended my fifth year of teaching and decided not to return. Like Abraham, I didn't know where I was going but I knew I couldn't stay there. Thus began the adventure of a lifetime. The Lord provided fully for me to attend a creative school with Iris Ministries for four weeks in Los Angeles, where I was able to pursue my dream of singing for the FIRST time in my life. I met incredible people, world changers. I was even able to write, record, and produce my first song with beyond talented and beyond qualified producers! It was an incredible privilege! And upon returning, the transformation has continued as I have been attending a program through my church called Upper Room where I have been challenged and empowered in the word and spirit of God. We have two hours of class and am in the prayer room every day. The Lord is emptying me of all the old, renewing my mind, molding me, filling me up, giving me new eyes to see and ears to hear, teaching me to see Him rightly and in turn myself rightly. I know that this season will mark my life.
