Karel's Yoga Teacher Training!

Hello amazing family and friends!

Many of you have seen the pictures I recently published on my Facebook of my yoga practice. I have been doing yoga for eight years but have had a regular practice for almost two years. I have been saving up for a car and realized to use the money I have saved to something that gives me happiness, calmness, peace, love, and joy. I have wanted to get my yoga teaching certification for a while now and have been making plans to finally go to Yoga Teacher Training later this year or early 2015.

I am taking my yoga studies seriously already and I want to go to a place that covers all of yoga. Yoga to me is not only the poses (asana) and getting fit. It has helped me find breath, peace within myself, love, and blissfulness. Yoga has been such a passion of mine ever since I started in high school. I am asking you for some help getting my certification.

Yoga programs range from $3,500 to nearly $10,000! I am asking for $5,000. This will cover tuition, transportation (flights), required books, and housing. I am still doing research in the programs I want to go to but I am currently looking at programs in Calistoga (2014), Bali (2014), and Costa Rica (2015). I would not be able to do this without some assistance. Any amount will help me so much. Please help me reach my goal! I have been living frugally and saving on my own, along with student loans I have to pay. I will be so eternally grateful for all of those who contribute and support me. If I overreach my goal, know that the money will go towards a future yoga business and my student loans.
