My name is Tara Colligan, I currently live near Wilmington, NC. I grew up with Emily Karcher, we were best friends, back in the day. I’ve started this go fund me page, for Emily and her family to use for an emergency fund, to cover lost wages, food replacement, and moving expenses, in the event that they will be forced to move.
