Hello, we are Karate Alba, a grassroots karate club based in inverness in the highlands. We are proud to have athletes of all abilities and our special squad also compete at levels such as the British Championships, Irish Champtionships and we are now competing at the Commonwealth Competition in Glasgow in November 2026. Our squad consistantly win many medals at each competition and we are all proud of our achievements.

We are also proud to offer karate to everyone, regardless of their background, and because of this, we have to raise money consistently to pay for the hire of our halls for training and other associated costs with running a karate club.

When it comes to competitions, it costs a lot of money to travel, stay, eat and pay for entry fees. We rely heavily on parents contributing to this but we would love to be able to help these parents with these costs.

To raise some, much needed, funds we are having a sponsored kickathon on wednesday 7th oct. Please support our athletes as they attempt to 'kick' their way to medal glory!!!
