An African TV station showed already interest to broadcast the film once he is finished.

About the project:

This is a project to empower African children and young people who are passionate about martial arts.

Many young people in the African country of Zambia are now vulnerable to substance abuse and early marriages.  But some of them have found their passion for martial arts.

Francis Mulenga, a Zambian youth educator, videographer / talent promoter and youth activist, has written a script for a short martial arts-oriented film that aims to generate interest among young people in martial arts as a sport, self-defense, martial arts and life skills.

Francis has actors and is ready to direct the film with them as soon as the financial resources are available.

He believes that through this film, many young people can become enthusiastic about the martial arts and thereby get a goal in their life so that they do not resort to drugs and are discouraged from early marriages.

Any contribution to the short film will empower many youngsters through acting.

 All expenses are accounted for.

About Francis Mulenga:

This is the standard budget that I can use to produce the short film.

It can either be increased (to support voluntary actors) or reduced if less than the planned amount is raised.

I am happy about every amount that enables me to realize this dream.

Every amount spent is documented by receipts.

The sponsors have 50% ownership, partners with (Francis Mulenga) of the film to be produced and can recommend all steps for marketing if they so wish.

Film production is slated to start two days after the funding has been received, as this is an overdue project that has not yet been realized due to a lack of funding.
