<li>Ονομάζομαι Αναστάσιος Δούλγερης και από το 2022 δίνω τη μεγαλύτερη μάχη της ζωής μου με σάρκωμα του Ewing. Δυστυχώς, η ασθένεια έχει εξελιχθεί και έχουν εμφανιστεί μεταστάσεις, και πρέπει να ξεκινήσω ξανά εντατικές χημειοθεραπείες. Μέχρι σήμερα έχω περάσει πολλά: πολλούς κύκλους χημειοθεραπείας, ακτινοβολίες και ένα πολύ μεγάλο χειρουργείο, κατά το οποίο μου αφαιρέθηκαν το πέμπτο, έκτο και έβδομο πλευρό, καθώς και μεγάλο μέρος του αριστερού μου πνεύμονα. Παρόλα αυτά, δεν τα παρατάω. Ένας από τους πιο σημαντικούς λόγους που συνεχίζω είναι η οικογένειά μου: με τη σύζυγό μου περιμένουμε το πρώτο μας παιδί τον Οκτώβριο. Παράλληλα με τη βασική θεραπεία, υπάρχουν επιπλέον εξετάσεις και θεραπείες που μπορούν να βοηθήσουν τον οργανισμό μου να ανταποκριθεί καλύτερα. Δυστυχώς όμως, δεν καλύπτονται από την ασφάλειά μου (AOK) και πρέπει να τα πληρώσω μόνος μου. Συγκεκριμένα: * Το Chemoscale Test (1.980 €), το οποίο εξετάζει πώς ανταποκρίνεται ο οργανισμός μου σε διαφορετικές θεραπείες, τόσο στη χημειοθεραπεία όσο και σε άλλες φαρμακευτικές επιλογές,ώστε να φανεί τι μπορεί να είναι πιο αποτελεσματικό για εμένα * Συνεδρίες ολικής υπερθερμίας (Ganzkörperhyperthermie), με κόστος 402,18 € ανά συνεδρία, 2-3 φορές την εβδομάδα για αρκετούς μήνες * Απαραίτητα φάρμακα που δεν καλύπτονται και τα πληρώνω ο ίδιος * Επισκέψεις σε εξειδικευμένους γιατρούς καθώς και επιπλέον θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις από τον χώρο της συμπληρωματικής ή εναλλακτικής ιατρικής, τις οποίες εξετάζω, και που επίσης δεν καλύπτονται από την ασφάλεια.Για εμένα και την οικογένειά μου, αυτό το ποσό είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να καλυφθεί. Γι’ αυτό ζητώ τη βοήθειά σας. Κάθε συνεισφορά, όσο μικρή κι αν είναι, είναι πολύτιμη και με βοηθά να συνεχίσω αυτή τη μάχη. Ακόμα και ένα απλό κοινοποίηση μπορεί να κάνει μεγάλη διαφορά. <div>Leider hat sich meine Erkrankung verschlechtert, und es wurden Metastasen festgestellt. Ich stehe nun erneut vor einer intensiven Chemotherapie.

<div>In den letzten Jahren habe ich bereits sehr viel durchgemacht: zahlreiche Chemotherapien, Bestrahlungen und eine große Operation, bei der mir die 5., 6. und 7. Rippe sowie ein großer Teil meines linken Lungenflügels entfernt wurden.

<div>Ein besonders wichtiger Grund dafür ist meine Familie: Meine Frau und ich erwarten im Oktober unser erstes Kind.

<div>Neben der Standardtherapie gibt es zusätzliche medizinische Möglichkeiten, die meine Chancen verbessern könnten. Leider werden diese nicht von meiner Krankenkasse (AOK) übernommen und müssen privat finanziert werden.

<div>* Eine begleitende Behandlung mit moderater Ganzkörperhyperthermie (402,18 € pro Sitzung, 2-3 Mal pro Woche über mehrere Monate)

<div>* Konsultationen bei spezialisierten Ärzten sowie ergänzende Therapieansätze aus dem Bereich der sogenannten alternativen bzw. komplementären Medizin, die ich zusätzlich in Betracht ziehe und die ebenfalls nicht von der Krankenkasse übernommen werden.

<div>Unfortunately, my condition has progressed, and metastases have been diagnosed. I now have to start intensive chemotherapy again.

<div>Over the past years, I have already gone through a lot: multiple rounds of chemotherapy, radiation treatments, and a major surgery where my 5th, 6th, and 7th ribs, as well as a large part of my left lung, were removed.

<div>Despite everything, I am not giving up.

<div>One of my biggest motivations is my family: my wife and I are expecting our first child this October.
