Kamil Memorial / Michelle Support

Memorial Funding for Kamil Simmons, son of Michelle Simmons. Kamil died this week in the care of his father due to unknown circumstances. We are all saddned by the loss of this beautiful boy, who´s life was just about to begin. Michelle is devastated by the loss and any small docation or offer of assistance and care would help ease life and get her through this difficult time (memorial service and funural expences etc.)

History:
Michelle Simmons is part of our family. What started as a student/teacher relationship, became extended family. Michelle lives in Washington DC and we live in Denmark and it is hard to support at a distance. Michelle has graduated High School in spite of having to survive cluntless placements in the DC fostercare system and institutions.
The girls and I have kept in touch with Michelle for 12 years now and we continue being impressed by how she always will get up and try again - or try harder - regardless of what happnes in her life.
Inspite of odds, she continues to send uplifting statements to others, get a job, go to church and believe there is a better future for herself. We would like to help make that happen.
