Can you imagine 2 broken arms, 2 broken legs, and a shattered pelvis, and a crushed face?  That's what 10 year old Kamari Dawson is coping with as you read these very words.

Kamari Dawson is a precious 5th grader.  She loves her parents, big sister and all things family.  Yesterday, as Kamari rode with her precious Grandma, Aunt, and cousin from a Sunday trip to Sam's, their white Expedition was hit head on. 

The driver of the other vehicle has been arrested on attempted murder, child endangerment and other charges.

ALL passengers are badly injured, had to be cut out of the vehicle, and were transported to separate hospitals across Dallas.  Kamari has sustained the worst injuries.  She is currently sedated and will undergo the first of many surgeries soon.  Eventually, the surgeons will repair Kamari's face.

It took Kamari's parents hours to locate all of their loved ones in the various hospitals.

Kamari's mom, Coach Dawson, is a dedicated school teacher and the Head Volleyball Coach at Dallas ISD's South Oak Cliff High School. 

Coach Dawson and her husband, along with their oldest daughter are only standing during this tragic accident under the power of GOD Almighty.  The Dawsons are by Kamari's side and at the same time worried about Coach's mother, sister and niece...all injured and having surgeries to undergo at other hospitals.
