Come join us in Kali's Korner! Here we offer both financial and emotional support for Kali and her family as she continues to fight the illness that has left her in the hospital for 4 days (so far).
Kali's Story:
Kali started, and was loving day care, only a few weeks ago! But things changed quickly as she began showing signs of sickness, but initially, nothing too alarming. Her parents brought her to their doctor several times and different diagnoses were made. Ultimately, the fever just wasn't going away, and Kali began to show more serious signs of illness. She was admitted to the hospital on Saturday 3/17/18.
Kali is tiny but so strong and it's been a roller coaster ride for her and her family as the doctors changed her diagnosis many times.
She is finally starting to show signs of improvement but needs to be fever free for 24 hours in order to be released. And even with that, they continue to do testing to ensure it is not something more serious.
As you can imagine, this fight has taken it's toll on Victoria and Ryan, and their families, both emotionally and financially.
There is nothing we wouldn't do for our children, so all of the testing was necessary, and they are grateful for the care and attention they have received thus far.
