My Daughter, Kalea, started complaining about chest pain a little over a month ago. Doctor visits, x-rays, and CT scans revealed a mass in her lungs. The results of the biopsy just came back and Kalea has Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, a Cancer in her Lymphatic system. The Doctors want Kalea to begin Chemotherapy and Radiation immediatly.
Kalea is a talented, creative, spirited 20 year old that loves to laugh and brings joy into the hearts of anyone she meets. She just recently returned home from California and wants to go back to school to study Alternative Health.
Kalea has been working part time and just got a second job. However, now that she is going to be starting Chemotherapy we are not sure if she is going to be able to continue working even one job, let alone two.
Kalea has also been staying with friends and sleeping on their couch. I am here today asking for help is so that Kalea and I can get a small appartment together so that I can properly take care of my child while she fights this battle with Cancer. The funds will also help support Kalea by paying her bills and keeping her on her feet. Anything would be greatly appreciated. Since I will be putting this money towards a deposit on a place I am also open to any tips on a decent appartment.
