Kafui's kidney transplant

Hello everyone . Meet Duke Kafui Darlington , a brother diagnosed with kidney failure as a result of undetected high blood pressure in its early stages in November 2015 at the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, Accra Ghana . Unfortunately, his condition has deteriorated and is in urgent need of a transplant to survive.
 Currently Kafui is undergoing dialysis to give him a fighting chance at life at the Interbeton Hospital , Cape Coast Ghana. Kafui needs your prayers and support now more than ever and needs $35,000 to make the transplant a reality.
