Kadin's Vet Bills and Skin Tests

We found Kadin about a year ago from someone who said he and his sister were left on the side of the road at about 10 weeks old, he was tiny but full of life and we instantly fell in love with him.
About 6 months ago he started scratching his ears and his eyes so we took him into our local vet, he had a bacterial infection on his skin and a yeast infection in his ears, she gave us some medicine and it cleared up. A few weeks after it cleared up it came back so we took him in a second time had some allergy testing done and again got him on some more medication, he now only eats a special diet and again it did clear up. Another few weeks passed and we were back at the vet again for the same issue and again got some medication and it cleared up. Most of what he's been on is steroids or antibiotics and it does seem to work but then his sores come back.
With my husband's and my hours being cut we cannot afford his special care and are asking for help because it breaks our hearts seeing him this way, our vet said he's going to need special testing and possibly some form of life long medication.
It's never once stopped him from living but if you have seen this or if you can see it in your hearts please help us so we can help him.
Here are a few photos of what he looks like as you can see in the first picture he looks like a normal puppy, but the sores I posted will come and go and we have no idea what the cause is.
Any help we can get with this would mean the world to us and I'm sure to him as well, when I wake up in the morning and clean out his eyes I can't imagine it's comfortable but he doesn't have a care in the world besides spending time with us.
