Kades Road To Recovery

My 16-year-old brother, Kade was in a major accident on November 5th, which is also our Mom’s Birthday. This has been extremely hard on our family, as we just lost our dad unexpectedly on August 31st. Although Kade is now stable, he is in the ICU at UC Davis with very serious injuries. He will have a long road to recovery, and we are still unsure of how long he will be in the hospital. We know 2020 has been a rough year for everyone, but we are hoping that people are willing and able to help. My mom, Christy and I are trying to raise money for the cost of travel and staying close to my brother. I also have a 12-year-old brother and an 8-month-old brother. My family has a hard time asking for help, but as you can imagine, after the funeral cost and other expenses, for our father and now this we are in need. As this has left us not being able to go back to work for awhile again. Those of you that know Kade, know what an amazing young man he is. He is a junior at Weed High School where he plays on the football team. This is not a situation we ever imagined ourselves in and we are truly at a loss. We are exhausted and want to put all our energy into helping my brother recover. Any help you are able to give, we greatly appreciate.
