It literally breaks my heart to even ask for help during this holiday season, but unfortunately we need all the help we can get right now.
Wednesday, I became extremely worried because the movement of Kade was faint, very faint.. I called my husband while he was working & asked if he could take me to the drs ASAP, while at my drs office the ultrasound tech noticed he was measuring much smaller than what he should be. She also noticed some other alarming things which resulted in me being rushed to Navicient Health in Macon to the High Risk section of the maternity ward. I arrived here at around 5:20 and the drs began to monitor us immediately, they performed an ultrasound here as well and it showed reverse blood flow through Kade’s umbilical cord which is know as IUGR, it means he isn’t getting the blood and nutrients he needs to help him grow. Also very little amniotic fluid around him, when I say very little I mean just one little pocket. Also they noticed his little heart wasn’t forming like it should, the dr noticed fluid around his heart in which was the start of heart failure. We waited for 4 hrs listening to his little heart beat away until It gradually got slower, which then I was rushed into an emergency csection. Kade Joseph made it through the operation but unfortunately passed away right after, he was just to small and his little heart was to weak. We are devastated, everything was perfect on the anatomy scan I received on November 15... I mean perfect!
I’m asking for donations to help with the burial for my son, I know it’s a joyful time of the year for you and your families and most of your money is being spent on loved ones. But please find it in your heart to help out little family during this unexpected and horrible tragedy.
