Maddy's Hearing Aid Fund

Our little Madelyn was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder when she was 11 months old, because of this she has a severe learning disability along with low mucsle tone and Epilepsy. She requires special equipment to assist with her standing and medication to control her seizures.
She has recently been diagnosed with moderate hearing loss in both ears and requires hearing aids. There is some funding from the government that covers $500 of both hearing aids, however the cost of one hearing aid is $1,500-$2,000.
The hearing aids will hopefully help her hearing and in turn help with her speech development so she can more effectively communicate with us and other family members and friends.
At the moment she does not use language to communicate, she uses sounds and crying to get accross what she wants from us.
We would love nothing more than to hear our little girl talk with us.
We are in the process of getting the prescription for the hearing aids and would require the funds by the beginning of February.
The money would help greatly towards the cost of the hearing aids. We have recently purchased a stander ($3,000) and Ankle Foot Orthotics ($2,500) for her with the help of my insurance company and the government. However our insurance company does not cover the cost of the hearing aids.
