100 Miles in a month!

Hey!

As many of you may know my Grandad was diagnosed with dementia back in 2020( the start of the pandemic) now this was a very difficult time for us as a family, and something I have personally struggled with, watching my grandad, the man I adore deteriate day by day, loosing a little bit more of him each time is absolutely heart breaking. Over this time, Eastwood memory cafes have supported Grandad and mamma. This has given mamma support when needed, strategies to help with grandad on his particularly bad days, given them the opportunities for day trips also. So, as a thank you, I have decided I'm going to do a sponsored ride/walk of 100 miles over the month of October to raise money and awareness for Eastwood memory cafe!
