The Michigan War Dog Memorial, Inc a non-profit organization was established to honor our K9 Heroes with ceremonial burials when their time comes. Our K9 Salute Team was established to escort them on their final journey. For the past several years during the ceremonies K9 Kaiser, trained to howl on command, would step out in front of the pack and offer a K9 salute to his fallen comrade. Unfortunately we loss K9 Kaiser a few weeks ago. To honor him and his legacy the MWDM plans to erect a full size statue of K9 Kaiser in a howling position at the memorial.
