K-9 Honz's medical fund

Honz is a 7 year old German Shepherd explosive detection K-9 who worked at a Federal facility in Pittsburgh PA with his handler Sgt.Charles Hartman(my husband).  Earlier this month Honz sustained an extensive spinal injury which rendered him unable to walk.  Surgery was required.  Due to his weakened condition and steps taken to resolve it, Honz was retired as a K-9 Officer  on November 8th 2017.    Honz's recovery can take up to 6 months and he needs therapy daily in an effort for him to once again be able to walk.
Honz served in Pittsburgh for 5 years faithfully.  Often my Husband was told how safe Honz made everyone  feel.
We have set up this Go FundMe page in order to ask for donations and support for Honz for his continued medical expenses to ensure quality of his life.  Please consider donating and supporting Honz during his long recovery and transition from law enforcement to civilian life.
