I have Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome. To help me gain independance so I can go to college, I need a service dog. We found Philly Joe at the Fort Wayne,Indiana SPCA, he already detects my change in blood pressure, now he just needs the proper training. Any help you can give to send Philly though training would be greatly appreciated.
