Help Diego stay in College

Hello,
I am Cristina and I am trying to raise money to keep my son in college. He is a brilliant 20 year old boy and he is a sophomore at MSU.
He always dreamed about going to college and become a computer science engineer, and his dream came true when he was admited to Michigan State University on june 2013.
He was the happiest person on earth to be able to go to college but his dream is about to end very soon.
Due to circumstances, his father and I got divorced and everything started to go wrong financially. I am out of job and his father had a heart attack less than three months ago.
We have been denied a federal loan to keep paying for his college and we have no other resources (nor even a house we can sell) and even though the college has tried to help us, they can not do anything.
Diego's dream is about to become his worst nightmare because in the next few days, if we don't come up with the money to pay the bill, he will have to leave college and even before he could start thinking about his future, he will not have one.
It breaks my heart seeing him in this situation, and I would give my life if I could solve his problem that way.
No one likes to ask for help but when that help is for someone you love so deeply, somehow it is a little bit easier.
No donation is too small, millions of drops of water make an ocean.
Please, help me help my son.
