<p>The Stubborn Buffalo Organization is a family run charity that raises awareness for ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis. The organization was started when Adelard Van Praet was diagnosed with the fatal disease. We raise money through annual events, the largest event being the Annual Golf Tournament. This tournament is held in Chatham and the money raised is used to assist persons living with ALS and their families while contributing to research that leads to a cure. This organization focuses on the needs of people living with ALS in Windsor, Essex and Chatham Kent. They help to provide equipment to meet the many challenges that ALS can present and support the research of Dr. Michael Strong.
