As we approach the fourth year since Mom’s diagnosis with stage 4 cancer, I’m overwhelmed by the depth of her courage and the strength she’s shown every single day. This journey has been difficult, but Mom has faced every challenge with grace, determination, and an unyielding will to keep going.

These past four years have been filled with moments of hope and celebration, mixed with moments of uncertainty and fear. Through it all, Mom has been a reminder that life isn’t measured in years alone but in love, laughter, and the memories we create.

Even while battling this illness and working full-time to keep up with medical bills, she has never stopped showing up for the people she loves. On the days she feels good, she pours her energy into spending time with our kids, creating memories that they’ll carry with them forever. She’s always been the kind of person who gives everything she has to her family, even when the weight of her own challenges feels overwhelming.

Through all of this, we’ve been holding onto our faith, praying for Mom’s healing, for guidance in her journey, and for the strength to face whatever comes next. We trust God with her life, believing in His plan and His grace, even in the hardest moments. We know that He is walking this path with us and that His love will continue to sustain Mom and our family.

We’ve started another GoFundMe to help ease the financial strain of her treatments this year and give her the chance to focus more on her health and the moments that matter most. We hope this support will allow her to take some much-needed time to rest, to focus on herself, and to continue being the incredible mom and nana who lights up all of our lives.
