MEDICAL EQUIPMENT

My name is Pierre Hebert, I am 55 years old with cerebral palsy and require a power wheelchair to get around. I was employed with the Federal Government for 13 years but had to retire for medical reasons. I am not on social assistance but do have insurance that funds me for a new power chair every 5 years. I am not eligible for a new chair until 2019.
This chair that I have now has needed more repairs than others that I have had in the past. The repairs have become very expensive and I am still waiting for parts so that I can get around safely.
I am asking for financial assistance to pay outstanding repair bills.
