Hey, Im Amanda, 39, happy, friendly, positive, and recently diagnosed with ovarian cancer, now I'm terrified. Obviously cancer itself is scary, but here is my issue...
 
● I work 2 casual jobs (6-10 hours at one, and just had my hours cut at the other due to over staffing).

● Im going to need 4-8 weeks off work for hysterectomy recovery. 

● Im trying my absolute best to save before the surgery so I can pay rent and bills during my recovery time, but when you earn enough to just scrape by, there is not much left to save. 

● Ive called my Super annuation company and the Australian Tax Office to try get some of my super out for financial hardship but because im not paying for the surgery, they wont allow me to access it. 

● Centrelink has said they cant do anything either as I've not been on payments for more than 26 payments. I only got on government payments when I had my first biopsy and cancer was a "worst case scenario".
 
So thats my reason to be terrified, What am I supposed to do? 

I cant get the hysterectomy until I can afford to pay my rent and bills while im in recovery. The ATO told me they wont help me and to call back when its terminal. Government payments dont cover enough per fortnight for everything, it does help, but not enough. 
 
So im doing something I never thought id do, im reaching out to the universe and asking for help. Please if you can spare even $5, I would absolutely appreciate it.
