*Update* Hi all, changing the title of this fundraiser from 'Róisín Fundraiser' to 'Barróg do Chailín Beag' (A Hug for a Little Girl). Barróg is the name of the teddy who has been keeping a special school seat warm.

*Update* Aoife in GoFundMe has helped set the family up as the beneficiary of this fund - you can see it appears as "J A". Aoife advised to use initials to respect their privacy which is so important at this time. Again any questions, please message me directly and I will respond as soon as I can. Thank you so much to everyone who has donated. Róisín

*Update* A couple of people have messaged about where they can donate to the other children and carer. This link here has gathered all the other verified GoFundMe accounts - https://www.gofundme.com/en-ie/c/act/parnell-square-attack-and-riots-how-to-help

*Update* A sincere word of thanks to everyone who has donated. The response to this has been incredible and has surpassed all expectations from when I initially set it up yesterday morning to circulate with family and friends. All proceeds will go to the family. I have not mentioned their names or details to respect their privacy at this difficult time but they are overwhelmed with your support. It means so much. If you have any questions, please message me directly and I will respond as soon as I can. Thanks again, Róisín

After yesterday's events in Dublin, we are thinking of all the families who have been affected. I'm setting up this GoFundMe specifically for the little girl who is currently in Temple Street fighting for her life. This fund is to help her family (who I know personally) in any way that they need to get them through this nightmare - whether its medical costs, their lunches, hospital parking, travel etc. We will also get a package to Temple Street with balloons, books etc. for when she hopefully recovers. Appreciate that with Christmas coming people are under pressure so a €5 or €10 donation is more than enough. Thank you so much. Róisín
