Transform 2016 Fashion Show

We, the students at The Illinois Institute of Art-Schaumburg, are hosting our Annual “Pulse” Fashion Show on March 10th, 2016 at the Meadows Club located at 2950 W Gold Road, Rolling Meadows, IL 60008.  We are honored and thrilled to bring you this unique and entirely student run production.  The theme for this year’s show is Transform, which represents the evolution of society with new technologies and advancements.  Transform 2016 will focus on the progression in fashion and how the industry has changed with the use of reinvention, sustainability, and innovation. This show is not only focused on supporting our students, but is also committed to making a difference in the community.  All proceeds of the show will be donated to The Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans. This organization provides veterans and their families with housing and supportive services that lead to self-sufficiency.   The overall desire is to ease suffering for veterans and their families and to empower veterans to become productive members of their communities.

 

As an entirely student produced show, we are responsible for everything from fundraising to models, from set design to music, and from the fashions to the lighting.  We are seeking sponsorship in order to aid us in the production of our show.
