Funds to acquire a Service Dog

My name is Mary Kay Seith and Iam a retired disabled Deputy. Over the past eight years I have taken care of my disabled and dying mother. During this time, my brother disowned us and moved. He did not come the week while she was dying nor did he attend her funeral.
I became very sick and had several seizures, strokes and have just been advised I have diabeties. Plus they want me to move to an Assisted Living Facility. I'm only 55.
I live alone and have no family left to help me. I've done extensive research on Service Dogs and found this beautiful German Shepard named Bishop. This dog will help me in many ways. He will alert me before a stroke, knows when I will have a diabetic attack and seizure. He can also dial 911. I have balance issues and he will be able to walk me in a wheelchair and walker.
I so much need this dog to keep my independence and not go to an Assisted Living Facility because I know I will welt away and die in there.
