Help get the help she needs

Gianna Fredella is an amazing little warrior.  Gianna is a beautiful 3 year old girl with a personality that anyone who meets her instantly loves, she's  funny smart and always laughing! Her smile just melts your heart. A life changing incedent happened the day after Christmas when Gianna woke up with a swollen eye and a high fever, she was immediately rushed to Brick hospital who then switched her to Jerseyshore hospital. No one could tell us what was going on and she was getting worse and worse  after about a week she was finally transferred to The Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia who decided a few days later to do surgery. It had ended up being 2 infections that had rapidly grown and ate it's way through her eye lid and muscle. Gianna has been through so much in these last weeks with tests and surgerys, still not being able to see out of her eye the entire time and has maintained great spirits.  Gianna at 3 years old with an entire future ahead of her may never be able to open her eye again for something totally out of anyone's control. She is truly a fighter and  we would appreciate any help we can get in funding to provide the care she will need for this upcoming costly battle to get her eye back. We have a  great team of optamologist and plastic surgeons who have been keeping a close eye that she is getting the treatment needed. Please help us give Gianna  the chance to see out of her eye and get it back to looking as normal as possible!
