Mesh surgery removal

It is very difficult for me to even ask for help. In doing so I expose myself to weakness, judgement, and exposure to my true financial situation. Eleven years ago I was implanted with something called transvaginal mesh. Over the years I've had surgery after surgery along with medical procedures to hopefully fix the damages that have been done to my insides. I've gone from being a very active person to one who has pain with every move. My husband is the only one who is working at this time, because of my pain, leaving us to live off of one paycheck with 3 kids. There are only approximately 4 doctors in the US that can successfully remove mesh from people like me. The closest one to me is located in St. Louis, MO. His name is Dr. Veronikis and he has agreed to treat me if I can get out there. This is why I'm asking for help. We have insurance and can afford the copays and medication. What we can't afford is to drop everything and travel halfway across the country.
