Baby for my Daughter

My daughter is 35 and she and her husband have been trying for 9 years to have a family. He has Klinefelter Syndrome and is unable to father a child. They tried adoption, but after 7 failed placements they decided to try other avenues . They have begun in vitro fertilization which costs thousands of dollars.
