Lucky's Vet Bills

On 26th July 2006, we set eyes on each other for the very first time and the love was instant, my mums friend Richard had just rescued you from a certain death, in a heartbeat my mum said we would have you, love you, care for you forever. My mum introduced you to me and my 2 brothers, instantly you jumped on us, snogged us and your little rudder was off fifty to dozen, you had a home for life.
It broke my heart when we got home and you didn't know what to do with the stairs, and didn't know what a treat was, we gave you a toy and you looked at us, as much as to say and what am I meant to do with that, that all soon changed, fluffy teddies was your favourite, oh and new dog beds boy did you get giddy about them!
14 and half years later, a wife (Lexi) and 3 babies (Morris, Princess & Tubby) you were still our old boy, then a couple months ago you weren't yourself and after a trip to the vets we found out you had heart failure, but with medication we still had time together. So you plodded on enjoying life as normal. Then last week you became ill again, off to vets we go, this time you had to stay in for 4 days on a drip, you had liver failure and your kidneys were starting too, but you was strong and wanted to come home, so on Saturday home we came, never seen as many medications in my life, but you took it all in your stride. Until 6am on the 9th November when it all became too much, you went downhill again, trying to take you for a walk and you just sat down and looked at me mum and in that moment we knew you had had enough as it was a look you have never given us before, was the look we was dreading coming. Me mum carried you home and off we went to the vets, by the time we arrived you had got worse, couldn't walk or even stand up. Our hearts said keep him going, I'm not ready to let you go yet but our head said do whats right for Lucky hes telling us hes had enough and we knew we had to do the right thing for him no matter how painful it was for us.
So at 10.30am on the 9th November we let you go over the Rainbow Bridge to run free our boy.
Thankyou for the 14 and half years of Love, Friendship, Joy, Happiness and Companionship you have given us.
We Love You Forever Lucky

Sadly we can’t afford to pay lucky’s vet bills off, we borrowed the money to pay the vets and now stuck trying to pay it back, if anyone could be so kind to help us then it would be very appreciated, Thankyou very much for taking your time out to read this and to anyone that can help us.
