On Monday morning around 5 a.m. there was a sound at the back door and the side house where the windows wrap around the home as usual Gator barks to scare off any small animals squirrels raccoons armadillos the usual. Then all of a sudden a loud bang sounded, my husband then got up to look at the back door as he's waking me up and he says there's a bear standing at our back door inside windows there was a mama in 2 cups the Cubs were just playing on the back porch playing at the windows and then the mama bear was trying to get into the back door. So doing what we know best since we've never come to this before we're just try to shoo them away. By this time it was time to get up and get ready for work so my husband was proceeding and getting ready for work and we had thought the Bears we're gone so David went ahead and picked out the front after checking around the side of the home per the windows looks like they were clear as they popped open the front door just a little Gator slip between his legs and ran off to the front of the yard next thing you know you hear a very loud screaming and crying coming from gator.
David went out there as he came to the side of the home Gator was in the mouth of the bear, in a panic David kicked the bear and hopes that he would drop Gator what she did as David was running towards the house the bear was following him back up to the house that bear still taller than my father my father is about five four the Bears were not scared of nothing.
With that being said Gator is now an animal clinic in Casselberry or he's going to be 4 a few days and hopes that they can save his life Gator was rushed to the emergency vet this morning around 5:30 a.m. they charged us $800 to get him stable and put his intestines back inside him he is now at the animal hospital and he will undergo a surgery that right now is estimated anywhere from $7,000 to $10,000 depending on how long he has to stay in there.
We are not the type to ask for anything but we're hoping to get a little bit of something to help.
As you know when it comes to animal bills the bills MUST be paid upfront before anything is done. There is no billing no payment plans.
We were just asking at this time if anybody could help
