Jye Eiffert’s Funeral - Financial Support

With permission and the blessings of Jye’s beloved parents Kay and Adrian and loving sister Zoe. - Aleisha Grenfell and myself long time friends of Jye and his family, have decided to create a fund to help support Jye’s family with financial assistance and give them somewhat peace of mind during this difficult time. 

Monday, 28th of September around 3:15am, Jye, 2 weeks shy of turning 17, lost his life in a tragic car accident. The driver is in a stable condition and other passenger Ben, is fighting for his life in Royal Melbourne Hospital (Go fund me page is already available for Ben).

Jye Eiffert was well known to the sporting community; participating in Football, Cricket and Cycling. His talent and passion as a team player with sport was solely recognised and will be undeniably missed.

Jye’s always been a friendly kid, anyone that knew Jye would always be able to feel appreciated from his welcoming nature and positive outlook on life. Jye always saw the best in people, he loved his family and friends immensely. His laugh and smile was contagious. Jye had a large impact on those around and close to him and will be dearly missed.

Due to the difficult times already in 2020, it’s hard for loved ones to reach out and give Jye’s family support. For everyone, it’s also very common to feel helpless within this situation. This is why we’ve made this fundraiser. Contributing to this fundraiser will help relieve the family of stress with planning a funeral and potentially take off that financial burden during this devastating time. Every little bit counts and is appreciated.
